mb-audit v1.3 released

I've released an update for mb-audit - an audit for Mockingboard emulation correctness, which doubles up as a set of tests for real hardware to help identify faults:

I've been keeping AppleWin in step with this update, so v1.30.14.1 is the latest that works & passes all the tests.

I've also bundled some related apps on the disk image:

If nothing else, there's a nice tune from 1988 (a ZX Spectrum port) which plays back on the Phasor too (in 4x AY8913 / 2MHz mode).

NB. None of the mb-audit programs work with A2Heaven's MEGA Audio as that card it's missing some 6522 functionality. Tracked here:
