    Any idea i the gophersphere what's going on with floodgap? I can't reach
    their gopher site nor their web.

    Inquiring minds would like to know.

    Dear Daniel,

    It's well known, that Internet is already full. If some new user wants
    to jump online, someone else has to free the internet slot for him.

    Admin of Floodgap server probably just follows Internet slotiquette.
    One out, one in. Thanks for that and I hope more people will be so kind
    to new internet users.

    To keep internet free, we have to manage some free internet slots every day.

    Thankfully it appears to have been temporary. I was just able to load
    Floodgate without issue. Perhaps it was just maintenance.

    Yeah it was about a half day. Brought it up in IRC and I think Cameron
    noticed from that chat.
