    Hello,
I am curious. What is the participation like? Are there people from all
over the world attending these meetings?

Last meeting there were between 20 and 30 are people from all over the world. Many of those who attended are regulars from the annual Tcl conference but there were some new people as well (all of whom contributed to the discussion). It is very
    informal.

Great! I'd love to join, and I will try to, but can't make promises yet
    for 3am :-)

The meeting times rotate so next month will be more USA-friendly.  This month is Asia/Oceania friendly and last meeting was Europe friendly.

Applications for mentoring organizations for Google Summer Of Code 2022 start in the coming week. I hope we can include discussion of potential interest for the Tcl community to participate this year.

I've read that Google is opening up eligibility for contributors beyond students to anyone who is new to open source programming.

I've added a wiki page to record possible topics and also what we actually discuss - https://wiki.tcl-lang.org/page/Feb+22+Tcl+Meetup+notes

Thank you for the meeting !
It was a pleasure to see and hear people the first time including Ashok
    and Aspect.

I want to underline that the main task was to create a comment list for
Don Porter to discuss about TCL9.0b & friends.
So, please feel free to add your thinking on the wiki page:
