Equi4.com is "dead", but there are other sources of 'kits and other people have taken over maintaining the TclKit eccosystem. For Linux and MaxOSX, it is
trivially easy to build your own up-to-date 'kits. I don't know about building for MS-Windows -- it might be possible to cross-build.

TclKits are alive and well, just not at equi4.com.
