:I have been working with the attached book (See photo) to try to learn
:Python and so far it has been a complete nightmare trying to get python :installed and operating correctly. I have received a plethora of error

I sympathize with your feelings, because I think that getting to
the first program is often the biggest hurdle for a beginner!

:issues. I am using a computer that is running Windows 10. I have
:installed, and un-installed several versions of Python and was able to :complete the first two lessons in the attached book, but could not complete :lesson 3 (Turtledemo)...Some of the error messages I have received

I congratulate you on successfully passing your first two
lessons! The turtle system is an excellent way to learn
programming, but it sometimes can be a bit difficult to get
started! Here I use the standard implementation of Python, i.e.,
""CPython from "python.org", and there it runs quite well under
"IDLE", but is a bit more difficult under the Windows console.

: Additionally, I do have PyCharm installed (As you can tell, I :am a beginner), is PyCharm the same thing as Python? Thank you in advance!

Sorry, unfortunately I do not know anything about this
"PyCharm". I use the standard Python from "python.org"
