    Hello,
    We are using Sendmail - 8.14.7-4.el7, please helps us to configure
    to add external email warning messages to prevent email spoofing like

    WARNING: This email originated from outside of the organization.

    Hello All,
    Expecting a reply on my requirements. Is it possible to configure an
    "[EXTERNAL EMAIL] Please be cautious when opening links or attachments in the email, DO NOT open when not sure." in Sendmail.

    You could write some custom rules to modify headers if you really
    think this makes sense. doc/op.* explains how rules work, and you
    can find a lot of examples online.

    An alternative is to use DKIM signing which would probably be more
    appropriate.
