I think that WSL has largely supplanted that. I don't know if WSL
includes UUCP or if it could be used to compile therein. Nor do I know
how graceful interactions with UUCP would be from batch (.bat) and
command (.cmd) files.
I was using Windows task scheduler to call command files which were
using UUCP from Cygwin to shuffle audio files for me from a system with
a radio tuner card. I was recording Prairie Home Companion and Hearts
of Space off of the local NPR station.
