I am, even though I no longer use mutt regularly. Almost none of my correspondents use mail readers that render plaintext e-mails well.
Is that a major problem? I haven't heard complaints ... but few
people expect mail these days, so I don't send many :-/ I've sent some
short mails to myself at work, and Outlook seems to show them well
... I may have configured Outlook not to mangle plaintext, though.
I don't attempt ASCII art and such, and I expect some MUAs to re-break
lines in paragraphs.
I used to use muttdown to generate plain/html alternativwe e-mails
at work, but then "they" shut down IMAP and SMTP on the Exchange
server.
Same here, years ago. I took that as an excuse not to read work mail
on my free time.
