Not a lot of detail in the OP's question, so here's what I just did
to help the OP since I'm a kind-hearted soul interested in helping others.

1. I plugged my Galaxy into the PC via USB
2. That showed the phone in the Windows file explorer
3. From the PC, I clicked on the phone icon
4. For me that showed "Internal Storage" & "SD1" icons
5. Clicking on "Internal Storage" shows a bunch of directories
6. One of which is "Music" which has sudirectories inside it
7. One of those folders inside is "Pulse" which contains video/audio files

The same folder is on my external portable storage sdcard.
But there's nothing in it (as I don't generally store music there).

"get files" to _where_?

In any case, it's the same as transferring any other files. Connect a
USB cable, tap the notification that appears on your phone, and
select "transfer files" or similar. Then on your computer, or
whatever device you want to copy the files to, navigate to the
phone's music directory and use your mouse to copy the files.
