    I have no idea, but being purposefully helpful in nature, I looked up first what I'd call it, and I "think" you mean an endocope camera, do you not?
    <https://www.amazon.com/s?k=endoscope+camera>

    Using the best search engine on the planet (Skyica) for apps, I searched
    for "endoscope" and that came up with 88 free apps with no inserted ads.

    The search engine can sort by any of scores (maybe even hundreds) of
    criteria, but I left it at the default sort, which showed these top 6.

    <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.usb.usby6
    <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.usb.usby8>
    <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.joyhonest.wifi_check>
    <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.us.ne.usbcam2>
    <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ipotensic.depstech>

    Yeah. I noticed. Two things. The first is that 'something' is fishy in the ratings for the first three packages on that list, which are likely the
    same company (I didn't delve deeper) while the second thing I noticed is
    some are usb endoscopic apps while others are wi-fi endoscopic apps.

    I'll give you the next two to round it out to a half dozen as the first
    three appear to be a not-so-clever set of tricks by the same developer.

    <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.qbh.camera>

    I have a USB-C endoscope somewhere, but I don't know where it is.
    So I did NOT test any of these suggestions - but they're easy to find.

    Good luck, and let us know what you learn so that we all benefit from
    helping you out since we're all more powerful together than all alone.

    A friend loaned me a pinhole camera to look inside a wall.

    But the viewer apk on his phone won't load on either my
    Android 13 Pixel 6a or Android 10 Moto.

    Is there a generic viewer I might install and see if it works with that camera?

    Is it a USB camera or a wifi one? The USB cameras often appear as standard webcams and can be used as such with a PC or Mac. For Android they often
    need a USB camera app which can be a bit unreliable - the best I've found is com.shenyaocn.android.usbcamera

    If it's wifi then the communication may be proprietary and need their
    specific app.

    I noticed the same thing when I looked for apps for the OP.

    The advantage of USB is obvious, and that of Wi-Fi in that maybe you can
    access the camera feed on the Internet. Bluetooth should maybe work too.

    Dunno. I have very little experience with these endoscopic cameras, but I
    can visualize where they might be extremely useful.

    Looking that up, it's here:

    Seems to do a lot! Note a couple of warnings & cautions in the description.
