    ================

    In addition to the SIGSOFT CAPS program, ICSE 2016 also offers the National Science Foundation (NSF) Travel Program. The NSF has generously provided close to $40K of support for student and early-career faculty participation in ICSE 2016. Applications
    for travel support will be evaluated based on merit, potential to contribute to research in software engineering in the U.S., and potential to increase the diversity of the pool of software engineering researchers in the U.S. Students not chosen for the
    NSF Travel Award will be automatically entered for consideration for the SIGSOFT CAPS awards. College and university students at all levels and early-career faculty are encouraged to apply. More information, including how to apply, can be found at: http:/
