• Trying to access some ImageDsk files

From Nathanael@21:1/5 to All on Mon Apr 3 22:30:05 2023
Some time back, Jonathan Chapman sent me .IMD images of various SIG/M disks from the estate of Tom Kirk.

I'm working on accessing the contents, but am encountering some issues. Using the ImageDsk tools, I've converted them to .IMG files. Most of these seem to be IBM-3740 format, and cpmtools extracts the files without issue. Others, conversely, are in
another format which I haven't been able to suss.

I've got the files posted at *HUMONGOUS* CP/M:

    http://cpmarchives.classiccmp.org/ftp.php?b=cpm%2FSoftware%2FUserGroups%2FSIGM%2Ftkirk

I'd appreciate it if someone more adept than myself could take a look.

    Nathanael,
These files aren't valid at 43 bytes & 100 bytes.

    43 Apr 4 03:49 217.IMD
    100 Apr 4 03:49 216.IMD

Looking at the remaining as time permits.

But, with ONLY 18 Tracks of 77, the Files likely will not extract properly.
