    You can't see the page/files or the file won't download? AFAIK I've set
    the permissions to public. Has anyone else encountered issues and/or suggest
    a cause/remedy?

    Google Drive rejects older versions of Firefox. By lying about the
    version of Seamonkey I'm using and saying I'm actually using a current
    Firefox, it works.

    Just to see what would happen I attempted it using IE 11. MS intervened
    and instead opened the page in Edge. At least MS told me what was going on. Other sites still appear to work in IE, however.
