    Its gallows humor, as Roger Stone's already proposed gutting the 2A.

    For those who haven't heard, the strategy includes a plan to not rile up
    the right by having a provision that "patriots" are exempt. Naturally,
    such a criteria is conveniently vague and can easily change. Any
    confiscations that result in violence reinforce the "he was a traitor!" narrative to justify its expansion by narrowing who's loyal enough to be
    a brownshirt. Its been copied out of Germany's 1930s playbook.

    In a way, it makes me a bit lucky that I sold off my stuff some years
    ago when the range I was using shut down...although from a CYA
    standpoint, I'll have to see if I can still find my records on which
    went to who, because the gestapo will demand that proof at some point.
