Even though the distro itself is great I always thought that the name
    "Gentoo" was sort of strange.

Where does that odd sounding name come from?

Well, there happens to be a species of penguin called the "gentoo"
penguin that is the fastest swimmer of all the penguins:

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gentoo_penguin

Thus, the name "Gentoo" is quite apt for a distro that is undeniably
the fastest of all GNU/Linux distros.

Why do an injustice to your expensive computer hardware by saddling
it with a sluggish generic distro? Get Gentoo and live life to the
    fullest.

In your videos, you show that you are slower than me. So your fastest
distro doesn't help you in what's matter: to get the job done easier and faster.

As I said, I'm faster with my distro than you with your distro, so your
choice doesn't help. And, by the way, my distro allows me to access any
website I want without the need to ask Microsoft for help.

    Wrong again.

Speed cannot be inferred from viewing graphics or a video. Speed has
to measured using intensive data processing like matrix inversion or
    something similar.

But keep in mind that in my fantastic videos a 2K screen, that's
2560 x 1440 pixels, is being grabbed at 15 frames per second while
intensive mathematical calculations involving 3D matrix transformations
are occurring. My Gentoo system smokes your wimpy generic machine.

Try ordering groceries on-line with kroger.com.

It looks OK with qutebrowser and firefox. I've only an alert saying it
can't use speech synthesis. Now, I won't follow the full process because
it's stupid to order fresh food in USA for a delivery in France.

It's not possible. It fails with Firefox and it fails
    with Iron (Chromium).

That means nothing. To say something is impossible, you have to be more precise. What action doesn't work?

It fails because the "developers" at kroger.com are ignoramus
    idiots.

Seen this way, I'd say that avoiding you as a customer is probably a
    proof of smartness.

    Certainly not.

Speed cannot be inferred from viewing graphics or a video. Speed has
to measured using intensive data processing like matrix inversion or something similar.

Don't put random words you don't understand only to change the subject.
When one want something done, the time must be measured from the moment
one want something to the moment it's done. Anything else is diversion.

Let say that your computer is more powerful than mine. As it's poorly
managed, instead of being ten seconds faster than mine to display the
graphic, it's only two seconds faster than mine to display it. But it
takes me two seconds to launch a program I don't have the habit to
launch. When it takes you fifteen second to launch the same program with
    your both crippled left hands.

So, in the end, the two seconds won by your faster computer are lost by
your inefficient way of using it. And when you want to do it with your computer, I have thirteen seconds to do something else. And that's the important part, because when the computer needs time to do something, as
it's multitask, I can let it run in the background still using it.

But keep in mind that in my fantastic videos a 2K screen, that's
2560 x 1440 pixels, is being grabbed at 15 frames per second while
intensive mathematical calculations involving 3D matrix transformations
are occurring. My Gentoo system smokes your wimpy generic machine.

Your computer is certainly faster than mine, but your way of using it
make it smokes only what's left of your lack of brain. And that's the
part you don't understand about modernity, as the computers are
multitask by now, they can do things in the background. So the best way
to use them fully is not to have a background task running faster, but
being able to launch as many task as possible in the background when
    doing always something useful.

And as long as you'll be a mouse lackey pretending the keyboard is
better, your foot will never been as fast to manage your mouse as my
hand to manage my keyboard. And your videos show exactly that: you are
as slow as someone discovering your own system any time you want to do anything. The power of your computer will never been able to compensate
for your inability to use it.

It should not matter to you because you could never determine the source
    of the problem.

You can't program and therefore you sure as fuck can't debug.

It fails somewhere during the final steps (I haven't made an attempt in a while and do not remember exactly where).

But it should not happen at all. These developers are idiots like you.

Wrong, once again. I spotted the source of the problem at the beginning.
It's easy to find. Anytime your are involved the reason is obvious: you
are the source of the problem.

You can't program and therefore you sure as fuck can't debug.

Once again, you know nothing about me, so you don't know if I can
    program. I'm not a programmer, it doesn't mean I can't program.

And once again, you show you know nothing about software development.
It's not mandatory to program to be able to find where an issue is.

It fails somewhere during the final steps (I haven't made an attempt in a while
and do not remember exactly where).

Yes, the finest of the programmers in the world failed at the first
attempt then switch to Windows claiming it's impossible to do it with
Linux. What a great aficionado who run away from his favorite tool at
    the first opportunity.

But it should not happen at all.

In a perfect world, no, but in the real world things happen.

    These developers

You don't know why it failed, your message is obvious about it. The
issue could have come from the software, but it could have been a
temporary issue or a bad use of the website from your part. Of course, I
know. As you are concerned, the issue is: you failed to use correctly
    the website.

    are idiots like you.

No, no, no. You claim to be an artist and you are unable to find a
    better way to insult.
