How crippled with security "features" is your GNU/Linux system?
Find out with "checksec:"
<
https://github.com/slimm609/checksec>
I shall execute checksec on my bash file:
[~]# checksec --file=/bin/bash
RELRO STACK CANARY NX PIE RPATH RUNPATH Symbols FORTIFY Fortified Fortifiable FILE
No RELRO No canary found NX enabled No PIE No RPATH No RUNPATH No Symbols No 0 25 /bin/bash
It is clean. There are absolutely no crippling security "features."
I will not allow them.
If your executable files, and kernel, do not show the same output
then your system is crippled.
