• Failed Attempts To Theme Windows

    So someone faved one of my artworks on DeviantArt. And naturally I had
    a look through their faves, to see what else I might find interesting.
    And eventually I worked my way to this <https://www.deviantart.com/pitkon/art/Blackbox-309930439>, which is a
    theme for the Blackbox window manager.

    But more than that, for a while there was a project to run Blackbox on
    Windows. The links in the blurb for that artwork point to a screenshot repository, last updated over a decade ago, and to a project home site
    and forum site, both now gone.

    Trying to install alternative GUIs on Windows was never going to be an
    easy task ...

    Was that project LiteStep? I did see it in action once, and found it a
    little impressive, mainly because it was something different for
    Windows. That was years ago though.
