• Any modern/working documentation for SLIP on Minix2

From Javier Sedano@21:1/5 to All on Fri May 12 03:57:24 2023
    Hello,

I have an old laptop running MSDOS and Minix2 and ELKS. I have setup the SLIP connection on MSDOS and ELKS (using Raspberry Pi Zero W at the other end) and obviously now I want to do the same in Minix!

The problem is that all of the messages I found in this newsgroup talking about this topic are linking old pages that no longer exist (such as geocities and the like).

Does anybody have a current website explaining how to do it? Or anybody can share some instructions? I am using Minix 2.0.4 (or .3, I do not remember).

    Thanks,
    Javi

There are a few contributions to Minix 2.0.4 but the site is very old

Thank you! Looks like this is what I was looking for... kind of. The description lists slip by Claudio Tantignone as well as other funny software (lynx, BASIC, less,...)... but the problem is that the /pub/contrib pathsays 403.... Has anybody mirrored
    this?

Unfortunately most of the links there don't work. I'm getting a
permission error that seems to be compounded with a 403 (file not
    found?) error.

I didn't see that post. Thanks for reposting the link! I'll give it a
    proper looky-loo at some stage.
