All of the (three) sbc's I've seen have only J1 and J2 ports (also called P1 and P2, I think) without the two extra rows for VME 64x, and no J0/Jaux. I assume this is to make them compatible with the broadest range of crate standards. My boss has a VME
cern (also called VME 430) crate, which is the one originally controlled by the MVME 167 card that I posted about elsewhere. I am looking into other possibilities for controlling the crate and want to make sure I'm not going to make the magic smoke come
out by trying MVME 5100.

5100 should be able to plug-into a 2-"row" VME along with a 167 (or w/o it).
