I have a Dell 1320c color laser printer.
When printing in black & white mode, often, the toner isn't fused
properly to the paper. This mostly happens on the first page of a job.
When printing the same B&W image in color mode, the toner is fused well.
What is wrong and how can I fix this?

Any chance that it's set to the wrong thickness of paper? My
understanding is that they use more heat for thicker paper, "bond
paper" being the thickest setting for my printer.
