So i think that the above saying of Putin makes us understand that Putin
is for the spirit of morality and he is viewing western countries as lacking on morality, and you can easily notice it from the western culture that lacks on morality.

I think that i am smart, and i have looked carefully at Putin in
some important videos about his life and his life as president,
and i have read many of his sayings, and i think that president Putin is not a bad guy, but from his sayings and such, i think that president Putin wants like a spirit that is in accordance with morality, so he for example views the western culture as
lacking on morality, so i think that he is fighting for a spirit that wants morality as a very important ingredient, so i think Putin is and was misunderstood by USA and other western countries.
