I am a white arab from Morocco, and i think i am smart since i have also invented many scalable algorithms and algorithms..


I think i am really smart, and here is more of my thoughts that make you understand why i don't agree with neo-Nazism and white supremacism,
so read them carefully:


I think i am smart, and i will say to look again at what is saying
the Ph.D Katherine W. Phillips that is the Paul Calello Professor of
Leadership and Ethics Management at Columbia Business School(Read about

"Large data-set studies have an obvious limitation: They only show that diversity is correlated with better performance, not that it causes
better performance."

So i will say that this Ph.D and other researchers are not so smart,
since notice how is speaking the Ph.D Katherine W. Phillips in the

So notice that she is not saying that human diversity is a "mechanism"
that can cause "competition" or more competition between people, and
then competition can be the cause of better performance, so you are
noticing that the above Ph.D and researchers are trying to measure it empirically, but i think that this kind of measuring is not a correct measuring, since what i am showing you by my way of thinking is the fact
that there is a "tendency" in human diversity that it causes competition
or more competition, so it causes better performance, so then we can
notice that by not following there way of empirical measuring we can still know about the process. So as i said, i think this Ph.D and other
researchers are not thinking and abstracting correctly since from my
saying below we can notice that human Diversity in a global world or in
a society or in a group brings more "competition" between people, so it
makes us work harder and better cognitively and socially, but if we are
not being the right human diversity and we are working harder and better cognitively and socially, then i think being human diversity can still
"keep" or "maintain" the working harder and better cognitively and
socially, also human diversity brings different human perspectives or
views and it brings different human experiences and different human
knowledges and it is good for creativity and innovation since it is also
good for divergent thinking that enhance creativity and innovation.

I think i am understanding rapidly, since i think that human Diversity
in a global world or in a society or in a group brings more
"competition" between people, so it makes us work harder and
better cognitively and socially, also human diversity brings different

and different human knowledges and it is good for creativity and
innovation since it is also good for divergent thinking that enhance
creativity and innovation:

And here is my new proverb that talks more about it:

"Human vitality comes from intellectual openness and intellectual
openness also comes from divergent thinking and you have to well balance divergent thinking with convergent thinking so that to converge towards
the global optimum of efficiency and not get stuck on a local optimum of efficiency, and this kind of well balancing makes the good creativity."

And i will explain more my proverb so that you understand it:

I think that divergent thinking is thought process or method used to
generate creative ideas by exploring many possible solutions, but notice
that we even need openness in a form of economic actors that share ideas
across nations and industries (and this needs globalization) that make
us much more creative and that's good for economy, since you can easily
notice that globalization also brings a kind of optimality to divergent thinking, and also you have to know how to balance divergent thinking
with convergent thinking, since if divergent thinking is much greater
than convergent thinking it can become costly in terms of time, and if
the convergent thinking is much greater than divergent thinking you can
get stuck on local optimum of efficiency and not converge to a global
optimum of efficiency, and it is related to my following thoughts about

I think that the above video of the song is showing how our world
is "diversified" and it is good for adaptation and resilience, and it is
the most important thing, and this diversification is also very
important even in economy, since i think it is like evolutionary
algorithms in artificial intelligence, since they are based on the same
very important idea of diversifying by also decentralizing by
efficiently specializing the members of the population so that to make
it efficiently "adaptable" and much more "resilient", and the
efficiently specializing can be efficiently specializing in a much
higher level layer, like being a "generalist" medical doctor, and from
the this decentralizing and efficiently specializing emerges a higher
level intelligence such as a civilization, so then even evolutionary
design methodology that i am talking about in my thoughts below does decentralize from the agile architect to the other members of the team,
and here is step 3 of the important steps of evolutionary design
methodology of agile:

3- Instead of creating one big design at the beginning of the project
that covers all of the requirements, agile architects use incremental
design, which involves techniques that allow them to design a system
that is not just complete, but also easy for the team to modify as
the project changes.

More of my philosophy about closed systems and open systems and
interdependent systems..

I think i am smart, and i will say that we have to have the right spirit
so that to be efficient, and i think that the basis of the right spirit
is also to look at how we are interdependent systems of different
countries etc., so i think that the best way is to know how to be like
the right randomness of the evolutionary algorithms that permits to not
get stuck in a local optimum and be able to ensure the convergence to a
global optimum, i mean that the best way is also to know how to well
balance between cooperation and competition, since so that to not get
stuck in a local optimum of efficiency we have also to know how to buy
products and services from the other countries so that also to encourage creativity and innovation, since if you are too much competition you can "monopolize" too much and this can hurt creativity and innovation, so
then we have to become a much more efficient and civilized world. And I
think that Nazism or neo-nazism or white supremacism or communism are
also too rigid, so they don't work correctly, since they also have the
strong tendency to want to like too much homogenize and to too much
monopolize and too much centralize, so they are not efficient systems.

More of my philosophy about conformism and tribalism..

I think i am smart, and i really believe that this strong loyality in
tribalism is problematic, and i think that if we look at for example
the white supremacism tribalism, it lacks something important, and it is that it doesn't believe that the smart ideas can change the
"behavior" in the positive way of the other ethnical groups that are not of the ethnical groups of white supremacists, so they believe that
the other ethnical groups are genetically not apt and not civilized,
so they don't accept them and they view them as enemies, and i think that this way of doing is an archaism in philosophy that can bring too much violence globally, this is why we have to be the right "flexibility" and not as rigid as white supremacists,
also this too much negativity in white supremacism is not good for productivity and quality, as i am explaining it in my thoughts below, and it can bring too much violence inside the society, and i am of the ones that believe that the smart ideas are
powerful and they can change humans in the positive way, this is why you are noticing that i am sharing with you my philosophy and my thoughts, and here what i have just said about the smart ideas:

What is the true power of the idea ?

This is a so important philosophical subject, since
i think i am smart and i will make you feel more the true
power of the idea by first talking about the technic in psychology that
we call "Mood freezing", since i think that the most important aspect of
Mood freezing is that it recognizes the true power of the mind, and you

So as you are noticing that it says that when the respondents were
convinced that expressing aggression would not make them feel better,
they actually accepted their current situation which eventually improved
their moods, so this proves that the power of the idea is great, this is
why i am of the ones that believes that we can enhance much better
humans and construct a new type of man by using some intellectual
mechanisms, and i am talking about some of them below and here is my

I think i am smart, and i have just spoken yesterday about neo-Nazism
and i have just said that what also they want to do is to be a dictatorship so that to use the radical form that has not worked correctly, where we have to re-engineer the human condition by the centralized planning and large-scale social engineering as

But i think i am really smart and i say that there is two weaknesses in
the above thoughts of neo-nazism, first weakness is that neo-nazism wants to be dictatorship so that to use the radical form, where we have to re-engineer the human condition by the centralized planning and large-scale social engineering as in old
communist China or USSR(United Socialist Soviet Republic), but this way of doing has not worked correctly, and the second weakness is that the "duty" in the above thoughts of neo-nazism is idealized, but since the duty has to be dictated by the
dictatorship of neo-nazism, so since it is not the democratic way, then the duty that is dictated by neo-nazism can not work correctly and it can become a big problem since it comes from the dictatorship of neo-nazism.


More of my philosophy about societal and individual identity and more of my thoughts..

I think i am smart, and i think that societal identity can not come
from the being rich or having big money, and i think that the societal identity is much more important than individual identity, since it is
the very basis for societal order, since the being diversity of this one
is rich and that one is not rich or is poor brings a kind of societal disorder and violence, since this kind of being unequal is not liked by people, so this is why i say that it is primordial to compensate it with a kind of being "decency" that maintain
order in a society, and this kind of decency is, as i am saying it below, also the fact that we standardize with laws and rules so that to bring order.

I have to clear something really important about laws, and here is what i will say:

Western countries have wanted to avoid the radical form, where we have to re-engineer the human condition by the centralized planning and large-scale social engineering as in old communist China or USSR(United Socialist Soviet Republic), since i think
this way of doing has not worked so efficiently, so i think that western countries have given to there people human rights and freedom of expression or speech as Liberty, but i think they are not definitive rights, since i think that Western countries
are proceeding by rational reforms into the society and then to undertake evidence-based assessments, so then they are also monitoring those western rights to see if they are working correctly or not, so if they are not working correctly , so they can
change them, so then from my previous thoughts about nationalism and about the laws you
are also understanding the a kind of decency that brings order is so important for the society.

I think i am smart, since i think that the laws that we enforce and
the kind of soft power that we softly enforce like by making them
rules that we explain is the constraints that makes the basis of americanism as a nationalism of USA, since speaking and writing english can become a law too if it is necessary, so you will say why not the culture ? but the culture is the expression of
the diversity of the population, but the laws and the soft power as soft rules is what "standardize" and makes the the basis of the americanism of USA that i say is the nationalism of USA.

I think that Donald Trump has not brought nationalism to USA, since i think that USA is a kind of nationalism that is not hard nationalism, since USA is a kind of americanism that is a kind of nationalism that is more softer than the one of president
Putin, so what is the most important thing in americanism of USA ? i think it is the fact that it also comes from this USA americanism that maintain a kind of order by standardizing by being a mixture of laws that we enforce and by faith in God and a
kind of soft power that brings a kind of decency that is an americanism that brings order, so i am saying it like this since
the most important part in americanism of USA is how to be an acceptable society by being the right order.

I think i am smart, and i think that saying that president Putin is the only one responsable is not correct thinking, and what we have to do
is think more efficiently and to try to understand nationalism of president Putin, so we have to ask a question of is nationalism of president Putin too much dictatorial and too much extremist and why is it too much dictatorial and too much extremist,
since we can easily notice that the kind of too much dictatorial and extremist nationalism of Putin is not the kind of nationalism of the nationalist Union for a Popular Movement that is centre-right political party in France, so then you are
understanding that there is hard and archaic nationalism like in Algeria and Russia and Syria and of the one of Marine Le Pen , and there is more appropriate nationalism like nationalist Union for a Popular Movement that is centre-right political party
in France, so then you are noticing where is the defect of nationalism of Putin, since i think that nationalism of Putin is partly an archaism that has to be improved by making it look like nationalist Union for a Popular Movement that is centre-right
political party in France, but we have to
be careful since we have also to take into account the internal context
of what has happened in Russia that has created this kind of too much dictatorial and extremist nationalism of president Putin.

I think i am smart, and i think that one of the most important
thing in philosophy is to speak about what is the acceptable human diversity, so i think that what we are trying to do in the societies is that we are also standardizing by using laws, i mean the law doesn't accept all human diversities, and also we have
to know that there is
soft power and hard power, and the hard power is the laws that we are enforcing, and there is also soft power that we have to use so that
to be an acceptable society, this is why i say that having an acceptable society is also knowing how to have smart and wise laws and how to be wisely and proactively a soft power that construct an acceptable society that doesn't degenerate into an unacceptable society. And it is
how i am doing it by also inventing many poems of Love and poems so
that to be in accordance with my following new proverb, so read them below:
