    1.Lead Project Manager

    Skills: C++ , Perl, PHP, Jave, Oracle, XML, HTML, Working knowledge
    of Linux as a backend internet server and large database integration solution. Must be able to manage a team of programmers in both
    Mandarin Chinese and English. Must have prior working experience
    deploying large database intensive web sites as a lead programmer or
