It's not the end of the world, as I then fired up Netscape Communicator
4.77 and that works absolutely fine with Google! I was able to search and find the info I wanted.
I hate having to use Google on my Tiger system but all the other SE
suggestions in a thread I started in here a year ago either quit
working for me or never did that well.
