• Gnome Computers Transputer dev system software

    Hi,

Does anyone have a copy of the Gnome Computers Transputer development
    software squirrelled away?

This was an Acorn Archimedes (RISC OS) port of the Inmos Occam compiler
and tools, and possibly other things besides.

I've been handed a pile of code for an Archimedes peripheral which I'd
like to play with, and while I could switch things over to using Dosbox
and the DOS port of Occam, it'd be easier to use the Gnome tools as
    intended.

I've found the UNIX source for the Inmos version 2 compiler on WOTUG and
could in theory port it, but it seems to be missing the source for the supporting tools (ilibr, ilink, icollect, occonf, imakef, etc.)

    Thanks

Not I. I have a Transputer Link podule (somewhere) but nothing to connect
    it to.

However some digging around came up with the Occam User Group membership
    list from December 1989:
    https://www.transputer.net/obooks/oug/oug-lom.pdf
and a name caught my eye:

Dr Steven Temple, Gnome Computers Ltd, 16 Histon Road, Cambridge, CB4 3LE. Tel: +44-223 461520
    Interests: hno EMAIL: st15@uk.ac.cam.phx M 11-MAY-1989

    ("Interests: hno" means hardware/networks/operating systems)

Steve was formerly in Steve Furber's group at the University of Manchester and now appears to be at Mindtrace.ai in Manchester: https://uk.linkedin.com/in/steve-temple-9962961a4

Possibly worth giving a ping and seeing if he might have any archives lying around, or know anywhere they might be found.
