yes, but plenty of people who have a gmail address use real nntp servers instead of google groups, some folks elsewhere concocted their own
filters binning everyone matching
from:*@gmail.com
instead of
message-id:*@googlegroups.com

I've just 3D printed a couple of padding pieces for the ends of a roller
blind which didn't fit properly. Probably overkill but you never know
what you can use a printer for unless you've got one.
embarrassing...and I have at least two more.
