I found H.E.R.O. cartridge image (www.atarimania.com) and managed
to run it with:

atari++ -acceptlicence true -joystick.0.port AnalogJoystick.0 -cartpath /path/to/HERO.rom -carttype 16k

so I do not need an ATR file.

Mr. Robot was there too and the ATR file works fine.

Hello,

I am from the C64 camp, but I have recently given atari++ emulator a
go on Fedora Linux 25. I have come across many good games on
Atari 8-bit. I am doing some informal C64 vs Atari 800 games comparisons between releases (e.g. Pitfall 2, Pitstop 2, Archon 2, Boulder Dash etc.).

Unfortunately I cannot find ATR disk images of H.E.R.O. and Mr. Robot.

I try to run H.E.R.O. with:

atari++ -acceptlicence true -joystick.0.port AnalogJoystick.0 -image.1 /path/to/hero.atr

but the emulator crashes due to an illegal opcode:

"6502 CPU crashed at $3edb due to the illegal opcode $02"

SHA1 checksum of the disk image is:

Mr. Robot is a .xex file and atari++ says it is somehow corrupt, but
cannot fix it.

If anyone has working H.E.R.O. or Mr. Robot ATR disk images, please
email them to me. Or if they can be found on the web, please provide
an URL.
