  • Announcement: UnixPC patch for dash (POSIX compliant shell)

    Hello All,

    While testing configure scripts for mtools, I made patches to get dash
    (a minimalistic POSIX-compliant shell) to compile for UnixPC.

    With these patches, dash can be configured and compiled using Mike
    Haertel's UnixPC cross compiler.

    This should make it easier to configure and compile further free
    software on the UnixPC itself. Indeed, the stock shell of UnixPC lacks
    POSIX compliance, and doesn't properly run GNU autoconf scripts of most packages.
