You have an UEFI, the successor of the BIOS.
In UEFI, Boot entries exist for operating systems.
You can go to the UEFI settings (sometimes called setup or similar) and delete that entry.
You can also use a Linux distribution and use efibootmgr to delete it.

it.
the bios isn't exactly recent.
If you want to use a Linux distribution, what do you recommend???
clearly I will have to boot from USB and run the Efibootmgr command
to delete it? sorry but I'm not very practical...

UEFI, not BIOS.
The version doesn't matter, simply go to the setup and remove that boot entries. https://download.lenovo.com/bsco/index.html#/textsimulator/ThinkPad%20T460s%20(20F9,20FA)
In Setup, select startup with arrow keys, then Boot (hit enter to go
into the sub menu), then select the entry and hit "delete" on the
keyboard.

Use Ubuntu, this is the easiest way.

Rund efibootmgr from it and post the results here.

Then this is my first page of the Bios and then the page of the
Startup section... forgive me but I can't delete anything... where
should I act in the Startup section (which seems to be all right)??
or in the Boot section in F12???

What happens if you press the arrow keys on your keyboard?

You have to act in the setup.
If all that fails you can still do it with efibootmgr.

Go to the UEFI setup (you have UEFI, not BIOS) and there you need to
delete them, NOT in the Boot menu for actually booting from these
devices.
Please got to the setup and take a photo.
