    I stayed in touch but then dogged them on social media, inadvertently destroying the relationships. I wish there were a flag I could raise
    that would have everybody ignore whatever was said on social media
    because that's unnatural. What am I supposed to say to myself when my
    aunt unfriends me?

    A major difference between here and social media is that everyone on
    social media can tell when you are logged in. I find that very invasive.

    Turn that annoying feature off if it exists. Sometimes they have invisiblity too.
