    It's actually not on sale at all, not as an individual game at least.
    That's the reason for the notice you quoted above. If you want to buy Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War - Soulstorm, you need to buy Warhammer
    40,000: Dawn of War - Anniversary Edition instead, which includes it
    along with the other three games from the first Dawn of War series.
