    You can also add Game of thrones : Winter is Coming for free. Also
    mixed reviews though.

    Besides... Game of Thrones? Aren't the developers like ten years to
    late to the party if they want to milk that license?

    Free to Play tag, that means microtransactions. Into the garbage it goes.

    It doesn't ALWAYS mean microtransactions... but it definitely leans in
    that direction. I can't even argue against it; developers want to get
    paid, after all. But too often the gameplay suffers because of the microtransaction grind.

    Free-to-play is a warning of potential issues, not an indicator that
    the game is bad. I'll happily play good free games. I'll even play
    free games that use microtransactions, if they aren't too obtrusive.
    But you do have to be wary.


    Yeah, as long as the gameplay doesn't revolve around microtransactions,
    it's playable. I'll still probably avoid it on PC though.
