On the stand will be a dual boot 'FAST' system (8GB RAM, 32GB eMMc) based on the CM4 running at 2000MHz on a Pi Foundation IO board with auto fan
control. It normally boots using ADFS/SATA but can dual-boot into an
eMMc-aware RISC OS with SDFS (i.e. eMMc) as the boot drive.
Also on the stand will be a 4GB RAM/32GB eMMc CM4 running at 2000MHz mounted
on a Waveshare IO board with a CJE RTC board. It has a fan (running continuously under RISC OS but on auto control via Linux). It normally
boots into RISC OS using SDFS (i.e. eMMc) but can dual boot into Linux using
a 512GB NVMe drive mounted underneath and has WiFi capability under Linux.
It has a similar footprint to a Pi4B.
Another CM4 on a Waveshare IO board, this time a 1GB Lite CM4, shows a fan control board under development using a custom circuit board to offer the
same functionality of auto fan control but in a smaller space. Normally
booting into RISC OS via SD card, it can dual boot into Linux using a 256GB NVMe card.
A Pinebook Pro with external HDMI monitor, and the SatNav and FamTree
software, using an 'off-the-shelf' USB GPS unit for less than GBP20 from Amazon. RiscOSM will display a rolling map.
On sale will be the Impression User Manual (with Publisher Plus 5.13
software free to purchasers of the User Manual) and a Guide to the
Impression Suite.
