ITUGLIB Update: Stay Tuned... OpenSSL 3.0.10, 3.1.2, 1.1.1v, Nano 7.2

Hi All,
There will soon be an update to OpenSSL with the above versions on the ITUGLIB website. The builds are taking a boat-load of time, so please be patient. CVEs are described on the OpenSSL website and will be pasted into the official announcement.
These builds will be slightly different that earlier and reintroduce the ability to use PRNGD, if desired, on L-series for 3.1.2 and 3.0.10. Minimum RVUs are J06.20 and L16.05. This will allow compatibility with Curl and Git.
Nano 7.2 will also be included in this update, in separate packages.

Note that the OpenSSL 1.1.1 series goes out of official support on 11 Sept 2023 and moves to the same end-of-life state as 1.0.2 - this is not ITUGLIB's decision, but comes from the OpenSSL team. If you need patches for those releases, please contact me
directly and we can arrange for fee-based support for those series. Also, the end of life for 3.1.x is earlier than 3.0.x, so choose which version you use wisely. 3.1.x and 3.0.x are binary compatible so you should be able to use either one with ITUGLIB
ssl3.0 builds.
