    In preparation of the 'knuth-pdf' and 'knuth-hint' packages for TeX Live 2024, the 'pwebmac.tex' macros received minor changes. Also, the 'makeall' script was improved, e.g., it makes use of the new '-p' option of WEAVE to '\input pwebmac', and several script options are applied by default.

    This new release of the 'pwebmac' macros matches the page numbers of PDF bookmarks with the table-of-contents. Thanks to Heiko Oberdiek for the initial implementation in his 'latex-tds' package from 2014.

    The 'makeall' script learned to produce formatted output for the main 'mp.w' part of the MetaPost system. This will be made available in upcoming releases of the 'knuth-hint' and 'knuth-pdf' packages.

    makeall:
    * Run script with '/bin/sh -e' to catch errors
    * Add driver module 'mpost' of 'MetaPost'
    * Amend 'HiTeX' upstream
    * Editor's Note and list of changed sections added (macros 'editorsnote.tex' included)
    * Avoid double-dates in major programs ('*tex.pdf', 'ctwill.hnt')
    * Restore Metafont logo on title page of 'MFT with changes'
    * Fix several PDF bookmarks

    webman.ch:
    * Link to "Holon Programming" (https://github.com/holon-scribe/holon-programming)
    * Improve French spelling in 'webman.tex'
