Hello there. I would like to use Elvis with Unicode, but even
with the UTF-8 settings set for Elvis (and Xedit), I can't
read the chars from UTF8-demo.txt

The font I use: -*-fixed-medium-r-*-*-15-*-*-*-*-*-iso10646-1

I know about vim with Athena, which can be far snappier than
the GTK3 build, and OFC I can use nvi just fine under an UTF-8
terminal, but I was curious about some Xaw based editor
displaying Unicode chars.
