I don't have a list of packages that are strictly needed, but:
* If you had Plasma 6.1 running, then you don't need to install
anything. Everything should be taken care of by the usual apt update.
* Installing "plasma-desktop" should give you a minimal working version
of the Plasma desktop.
But please check your logs if anything got removed during the upgrade.
