Hmmm, works here.
I think you need the QML module for it as well. Does
apt install qml6-module-qtpositioning
Help-text says:

I just installed Plasma 6.2.0 from experimental to testing (it also needs pulling Qt 6.7.2 from unstable since it's
still stuck there and didn't get to testing yet).
So far experience is pretty good. I noticed just a few strange things:
* libkf6dbusaddons-bin became not dependent on by any package an auto so I apt-marked it as manual since
I'm not sure if anything needs it or not? If it's intended, I can mark it as auto back and let it get autoremoved.
