Looks like the path to resolution of this RC bug is just to remove
this package from the archive.

ruby-celluloid ecosystem seems to be dead since years ago.

However, before removing ruby-celluloid-io from the archive,
ruby-rubydns has to be migrated.

Recent rubydns versions don't depend on celluloid but I haven't
checked yet what's the effort required to upgrade rubydns.
