All of the CCLP level packs included in the newest version of the
package are under a nonfree license that only permit redistribution,
not modification, and thus should not be included in main. This includes everything in /usr/share/games/tworld, except for intro.dat which is
public domain. Perhaps the CCLP level packs could be moved to non-free.
