Several of these had been fixed by the time I looked at it. I removed build-dependencies from pytest-pylint, python-proton-core,
python-pyzipper, python-tatsu, python-tatsu-lts, and python-tinycss. I
also filed RC bugs on eccodes-python and rpmlint which I've set to block this bug. Once those bugs are fixed, we should be able to remove this package.
