rust-rustls-pemfile and friends have been trying to migrate to testing for nearly a month, but a combination of a few real issues, a number of well-intentioned
but poorly timed uploads, britney's autopkgtest scheduler being stupid,
and riscv's autopkgtest runners being slow as heck have repeatedly delayed
the migration to testing.
Right now, I beleive we are just waiting for a couple of riscv64 autopkgtests to come through.
