mkvtoolnix-gui doesn't use wayland at all.

The problem come from another package.

Please install strace and then launch strace like this :

strace -fo mkvtoolnix-gui.log mkvtoolnix-gui

Compress the mkvtoolnix-gui.log file and send me the compressed file to
this bug report.
