    NVIDIA has discontinued ppc64el driver support, and after the
    driver removal there is no longer any package in testing providing libnvidia-ml.so.1 on ppc64el, making libhwloc-contrib-plugins
    uninstallable.

    Thus turning this into an RM request for ftp-master (since there is
    nothing in the packaging itself that enables/disables building on archs,
    it's only due to manual build that the package is there)
