Thanks for submitting this bug. I have just uploaded a potential fix for
this bug to the GIT repository: https://salsa.debian.org/pkg-security-team/samhain/-/commit/45dcb26778c913ba58b0f12982c50993ce820718

It should be fixed in the next package upload.
