Dear Maintainer,

Spectacle offers an option to delay taking a screenshot. This is useful,
(as the helptext used to suggest) when you want to take a screenshot of, e.g.
a context menu.

In the current version, setting this delay has no impact. Spectacle always takes the screenshot immediately as if delay were set to 'No delay'. I'm running KDE on X11 in case this is relevant.

A quick workaround is to configure Spectacle to take a screenshot upon
start and run `sleep $DELAY; spectacle` in a shell, where you set DELAY
to the delay you want, e.g. `DELAY=3` for 3 seconds.

I haven't used this feature for a long time, but it did work at some
point :-)
