lxqt-l10n and lxqt-globalkeys-l10n both have a runtime dependency on qt6-tools-dev, unlike all other LXQt l10n packages in testing which
depend on qt6-translations-l10n instead. These look perhaps like
typos (and are the only l10n packages depending on qt6-tools-dev), but
maybe they are deliberate?
