Please unblock package ansible-core

[ Reason ]
I intend to track ansible-core 2.19 from upstream until trixie EOL. ~beta4-1 contains some bugfixes and deprecation warnings over the beta2 release that is currently in trixie. I intend to unblock at least one more release of ansible-core that documents the breaking changes from bookworm's 2.14 in the NEWS file.

[ Impact ]
If not unblocked, current trixie users will be using a slightly older release of
ansible-core.

[ Tests ]
I have added/fixed a bunch of upstream tests with beta4-1 that were skipped in beta2-1.

[ Risks ]
The largest breakages happened with beta1, the subsequent releases just reintroduced compat shims to previous releases and/or added deprecation warnings. As such I believe the risk of breakage is larger when releasing trixie
with beta2-1.
