Hi,
as per bug #1104081 this package does not work any more. In this bug
log it was stated that upstream is inactive and if nobody from Debian
would step in the package should rather be removed. This was about one
months ago.
Hiki is a leaf package with no rdepends. Thus I hereby suggest removal
from Debian.
