    IIRC, I couldn't reproduce the issue after the 2016-12/2017-01 period.
    Note that at home, I was using a real mouse, but each time I wasn't
    at home (which occurred several times per year), I was using the
    touchpad. I've used this laptop until 2023. And I still have and use
    the "Mouse 1 A SCM Raise" config (now with different hardware).

    It might also have been due to a kernel / systemd / X11 related issue.
